Hi, I’m Esra Ari

My academic and professional background includes time at Addenbrooke’s Hospital (Cambridge University) and Massachusetts General Hospital (Harvard University), where I deepened my knowledge by reviewing tens of thousands of clinical studies.

I explored human psychology and brain a.k.a mind, cognition, and consciousness from the inside-out through thousands of hours of research and practicum.

I have created my very own systems named Integrative Mind Transformation, and Human Needs Flow, which are based on physical change in our brain cells with non-invasive techniques.

These tools contribute to a lifetime of change and new possibilities for you to start creating your life, living, and reality by moving the very molecules of consciousness.

I guide you on self-worth and confidence to build your world with intimacy, connection and abundance.

I believe the key to achieving optimal brain, gut, and mental health starts with finding someone who has truly lived and experienced transformation from the inside out

My Journey

During my time studying in the USA, I was also fortunate to explore ancient Eastern practices such as Vipassana, Kundalini, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Breathwork, Zen meditation, and Tantra. These timeless techniques profoundly enriched my personal journey and continue to inform and inspire my approach today.

Driven by a deep curiosity for ancient Eastern wisdom, I traveled across India, Thailand, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Nepal, and Bali. I immersed myself in various retreats and inner practices, and during this transformative period, I completed both foundational and advanced traditional healing, yoga and meditation trainings.

Throughout this journey, I’ve explored both the scientific and spiritual dimensions of healing. I studied the biochemistry of well-being with world-renowned experts in the US and UK, while also learning from Eastern masters how to cultivate inner stillness and transform emotion into personal power. I even trained in traditional Chinese medicine alongside temple disciples, immersing myself in time-honored practices that restore harmony between body, mind, and spirit. I immersed myself in the mountains with monks, engaging in deep inner observation, breathwork, and embodied presence.

For a time, I focused exclusively on teaching mind-heart alignment and somatic nervous system practices. I have led trainings, hosted workshops, and shared these tools with thousands of students. I also had the honor of mentoring hundreds of new teachers along the way.

A turning point came after a serious accident, followed by surgery during which anesthesia failed to take. This intense and painful experience, and the long recovery that followed, became a crucible for deep growth. The holistic practices I had spent years exploring became my most vital support system.

By merging scientific principles I had studied with embodied healing practices, I discovered the deeper purpose of my path: to inspire transformation, and to serve as a channel for healing in other’s lives.
