I’m Esra Ari
I am awarded with a prestigious Fulbright Scholarship to research in brain sciences at Harvard University. I hold a Master’s degree in Applied Cognitive Neuroscience from the USA along with a license degree in psychology, where I finished my research work at Cambridge University in the UK.

I explored human psychology and brain a.k.a mind, cognition, and consciousness from the inside-out through thousands of hours of research and practicum. I am trained and certified in over 20 healing modalities by some of the greatest teachers and masters out there, including Dr. Richard Schwartz, Dr. Peter Levine, and Dr. Stephen Porges.
